大流量除尘系统
大流量除尘系统适用于焊接、切割、打磨等会产生大颗粒烟尘工况。净化器主体为碳钢折弯焊接而成,整体设计确保机箱强度、耐高压性,可承受30000pa高压。针对客户不同除尘需求可选用大流量、中高压、高负压风机,达到最好的使用效果。加工过程中产生的大颗粒会带有能量,被吸入除尘设备是有安全隐患的,我们设计的滤筒式净化器都统一配备前置火花捕捉装置,确保使用能安全。
此类工况产生的粉坐是金属及非金属在加工过程中产生的蒸汽经氧化和冷凝而形成,这些氧化金属颗粒粒径在0.1-1μm之间,其中0.4μm以下的粉坐颗粒可以沉积在肺部进入血液循环系统中,且会堆积在血管壁上,危害人体健康。因此我们选用滤筒过滤精度为0.3微米粒径99.7%,排放出气体达到室内排放标准。滤筒可以使用压缩空气自动或者手动反吹,过滤后的粉尘落入灰
斗中,清理快捷方便。除尘设备使用自主研发的单片机程序控制或者plc程序控制,以满足现场对机器状态监测控制要求,具有丰富的信号交互功能。
The filter cartridge series of smoke purifiers are suitable for welding, cuting, grinding, et., which willproduce large particles of smokeand dust. The main body of the purifier is welded by bent caron steel. The overall design ensures the strength and high pressure resis-tance of the chassis and can withstand a high pressure of 30000pa. For the diferent dust removal requirements of customers, large flowmedium high pressure and high negative pressure fans can be used to achieve the best effect.
The large particles generated during the processing will cary energy, and it is a safety hazard if it is sucked into the dust removalequipment. The fiter catridge purifiers we designed are equipped with a front spark catching device to ensure security of the users.The dust generated by such working conditions is formed by oxidation and condensation of steam generated by metal and non-metaduring processing. These oxidized metal particles have a particle size of 0.1-1 y m, and dust particles of 0.4 y m or less can be depositedin the lungs. The part enters the blood circulation system and accumulates on the blood vessel wall, endangering human health. Thereiore. we use a lilter cartridae with a iltralion accuracy ot 03 micron and a paricle size ot 99.79%, and emit gas to meet indoor emissiorstandards. The filter cartridge can be automatically or manually back flushed with compressed air, and the filtered dust falls into the ashbucket, which is quick and easy to clean.
The dust removal equipment uses self-developed single-chip program control or PLC program control to meet the requirements oon-site machine state monitoring and control, and has rich signal interaction functions.
